Capital partners
A select circle stands behind our facilities: institutional Islamic private equity, patient family-office capital, and a regulated UK distribution relationship. Patient, principled money that understands real estate and values a relationship above a transaction.
Singapore · Institutional
Our principal institutional relationship is with a Sharia-compliant private equity fund based in Singapore, one of the most sophisticated pools of Islamic capital in Asia. It invests institutional money alongside our facilities on bespoke, higher-value transactions, and its investment criteria require every return to arise from a real asset and an honest trade.
That discipline is precisely why the fund suits development. It can stand behind a position for the full length of a build rather than seeking an early exit, and its decisions are taken by principals who read the appraisal themselves and can commit within days.
Malaysia · Private
Malaysia has the deepest Islamic capital market anywhere, and our closest private relationship sits inside it: a family office whose capital has been held and reinvested across generations. It is patient money, placed by people who have owned real estate long enough to know what a difficult site looks like.
This is the capital behind most of our short-term and completion facilities. It can be committed quickly, and it can be held calmly, which is why we are able to carry a part-built scheme through to completion when an incumbent lender has lost its nerve. Institutional and pension-linked funding from the same market supports our larger, longer development positions.
United Kingdom · Distribution
StrideUp is the UK’s leading new-generation Islamic lender. We hold an exclusive relationship to originate and distribute on their behalf, which gives our private clients access to regulated retail home finance with exclusive rates, products and exceptions.
This relationship covers the regulated retail side of the market only. Regulated finance is provided by StrideUp under its own permissions, not by us.
