02What we collect

When you request indicative terms, we collect what you enter in the form:

• your name, company, email address and telephone number
• the type, timescale, asset and size of the transaction
• the outline of your requirement, in your own words
• a record of your consent, including the wording you agreed to and when

03Why we use it

We use your details to acknowledge your enquiry, talk the transaction through with you and return an indicative position. We do not use them to send marketing you did not ask for, and we do not sell them.

04Who processes it

Enquiries are stored in Sanity, our content platform, which processes them on our behalf and under our instructions. They are held in a private dataset that is not published on this website, and only our team can open them. Where a transaction needs a capital partner or a regulated third party, we share only what is necessary, and only once we have spoken to you.

05How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to deal with it and to meet our legal obligations, then delete it. The exact period is to be confirmed by Sunnah Finance Limited before this page is finalised.

06Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it in a particular way. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office if you think we have handled your information badly. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
