Our work
A sample of recent facilities across bridging, development, buy-to-let and refinance, originated and funded on Sharia-compliant terms.
What these have in common
None of the transactions below were won on price. They were won because the sponsor knew, on day one, exactly what the facility would cost and exactly when it would draw, and because the capital behind it was committed by principals who could take a view rather than a committee reading a scorecard.
A bridge that completed in eleven working days. A scheme carried to completion after the incumbent withdrew. A student block refinanced without a day of vacancy. Different assets, different structures, one standard throughout.
Selected transactions
Client identities are withheld in confidence. Each card shows the structure used and the terms that mattered.

A permitted-development office acquired for conversion to 46 apartments, with the exit into development finance agreed up front.
A nine-unit scheme bridged at practical completion, allowing an orderly sales programme rather than a forced disposal.
A later-living scheme funded ground-up for a specialist operator, structured on Istisna with a forward-sale exit.
Fourteen new-build apartments acquired by a limited company on a diminishing Musharaka, fully let within six weeks.
A single-let logistics asset acquired on Ijara for an overseas investor, assessed against the passing rent.
Selected transactions originated by Sunnah Finance. Client identities are withheld in confidence.
Facilities are anonymised for client confidentiality. Figures are historic and are no indication of the terms available on a new transaction.
How these run
Every transaction on this page followed the same path. It is deliberately short, because the number of people a deal passes through is the best predictor of how long it takes.
Indicative terms are offered on qualifying deals only and are subject to underwriting, valuation and Sharia review.

“They understood the deal in one phone call and had terms with us inside two days. The facility completed while others were still asking for documents.”
Developer, North London

“Faith and commerce rarely sit this comfortably together. The structure was sound, the scholars were satisfied, and the numbers spoke for themselves.”

“As a broker, certainty is everything. The terms are the terms: no re-trading, no surprises, and my client relationship stayed mine.”
