One standard
No interest is charged at any point, on any facility. The return arises from a real trade in a real asset, and the cost is agreed before anything moves.

Our lead product
Bridging and development are the same conversation held at two different tempos, so we originate them as one product. Bridging is short-term capital for when timing decides the outcome. Development is staged construction capital for the scheme that has to be built.
Both are Sharia-compliant throughout. On bridging we purchase and sell the asset at a disclosed, fixed mark-up (Murabaha), so the cost is known on day one and nothing accrues or compounds. On development we commission the build under Istisna and share the risk under Musharaka, releasing funds in stages against works an independent surveyor has certified. At no point does either charge interest.
Bridging runs from £1M – £100M at the lower of 90% of purchase price or 75% of open-market value. Development runs from £2M – £100M to 75% of GDV. Both sit over 3 – 24 months, with indicative terms back within 48 hours on qualifying deals. A client can move from acquisition, through construction, to exit without ever changing house.
